Troy Pasion-Caiani is a San Francisco-based consultant who works with RHR International’s Executive Bench® team. His expertise includes executive assessment and development, succession planning, training design and facilitation, organizational strategy, and data analysis.
Working globally, Troy has partnered with top tech and Fortune 500 companies to build high-functioning, engaged teams in industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, and agriculture in both the private and public sectors. Previously, Troy was an associate consultant and project manager providing a full range of board and CEO services at a management consulting firm and an associate consultant and research analyst at a boutique HR consulting company in Mountain View, California. He also held a lead role in executive search and sales management at a financial services company.

Troy earned a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from San José State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sonoma State University. He is certified in and experienced with a wide range of psychometric tools and processes that measure professional performance, potential, readiness, and fit.
In his personal life, Troy enjoys biking, hiking, and trail running, and he completed an Ironman 70.3 in 2019. He balances this active lifestyle with a love of literature, good food, and the perfect glass of wine or scotch.
