Team effectiveness cannot be accomplished in one offsite. Our approach combines short, structured, regular touchpoints that enable meaningful change and embed team accountability.

Our approach is a blend of virtual and in-person work, enabling global reach with maximum impact.

A tried and tested process

All of our team effectiveness programs are specifically tailored to align with the specific goals and needs of our clients, delivered within 3 distinct phases of discovery, development and delivery. Programs typically last 4-6 months.

Every team member undertakes a 15-minute survey to measure team performance against a benchmark of high performing teams on the dimensions of the WHAT, HOW, WHO AND WHY

 

The team’s scores are then measured against our high performing team database across all four dimensions

 

We feedback the data to the team and then partner with them to create a roadmap to enable top performance

 

During two to three offsites with the team we collaborate to work the roadmap and pulse check progress

 

Periodical check-ins organized with individuals and teams to coach them to higher performance
