Challenge

Solution

RHR partnered with the CEO to design and deliver a multiphase development program for the eight-person executive team.

The engagement included 360 feedback and Hogan assessments, individualized development roadmaps, team-alignment work using RHR’s ETE SurveySM (Executive Team Effectiveness Survey), a facilitated offsite, and ongoing CEO advisory support to build a high-performing team culture.

Results
