Prior to RHR, Alison was a Partner at Korn Ferry, advising C-suite and senior leaders across technology, life sciences, industrial, and consumer products. Her career includes executive business development roles with publicly traded technology and media companies, founding her own advisory firm, and serving as Director of Client Development for USC Marshall Executive Education and the inaugural Research Fellow at the USC Annenberg Center for Third Space Thinking. She is a widely published author and recognized expert on curiosity, executive agility, and creativity.
