Anna Barras brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership assessment, executive development, and organizational effectiveness. An occupational psychologist based in London, she helps senior leaders and teams deepen self-awareness, elevate performance, and lead with clarity in complex environments.

Anna’s work spans executive coaching, team facilitation, succession planning, and strategic talent conversations, and she’s grounded in a holistic view of the cultural and organizational systems shaping leadership behavior.

Before joining RHR International, Anna was a director at YSC Consulting, where she partnered with C-suite leaders across financial services, energy, pharmaceuticals, travel, consumer goods, and private equity. Earlier roles at Diageo, Rio Tinto, and Deloitte strengthened her ability to diagnose organizational dynamics and design practical, high-impact solutions.

Anna lives in London with her husband and daughter and finds joy in Pilates and exploring how interior design influences well-being.
