Prior to joining RHR, Caitlin worked in talent management at a multibillion-dollar credit asset manager and at another leadership consulting firm where she served clients from Fortune 500 companies to family businesses. These experiences inform her nuanced understanding of organizational dynamics, which she uses to help clients align individual growth with broader business goals.
She holds a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology as well as an advanced certification in Hogan assessment interpretation.
