Carolyn Facteau is an associate with RHR and president of Facteau & Associates, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership assessment, executive coaching, talent management, and organizational development, she helps organizations align talent strategies with business objectives and drive sustainable growth. Carolyn has worked with private, public, nonprofit, educational, and government organizations—partnering with leaders at all levels to identify high-potential talent, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build high-performing teams. She is particularly known for her expertise in leadership assessment, competency modeling, succession planning, and leadership team development. Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
