For over two decades, he has combined neuroscience and psychological insight with practical application to support leaders from the C-suite to mid-level management through one-on-one coaching and cohort-based development programs. Daniel’s experience spans sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, real estate development, transportation, nonprofit, technology, professional services, and private equity.
Prior to RHR, he founded a leadership consultancy and served as a faculty member at Vanderbilt University.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys reading, writing, playing tennis, and skiing.
