Before joining RHR, Francisco served as an independent executive coach and advisor, and previously held the role of Leadership Advisory Services Development Director at Spencer Stuart. Prior to that, he was a Leadership Assessment and Development Director for the Americas at Kincentric. His earlier career includes consulting and human resources leadership roles at Lab SSJ, Hewitt Associates, and Allianz Group, giving him broad international experience across multiple organizational contexts and global industries.

At RHR, Francisco helps organizations strengthen leadership pipelines, design effective talent strategies, and navigate critical transitions. Known for connecting rigorous data to measurable business outcomes, he supports clients in building high-performing teams and achieving long-term impact. Francisco lives near São Paulo, Brazil, with his wife Evelin and their beloved Pekingese, Hannah and Nino. They enjoy exploring the foodie scene in Sao Paulo, short road trips and spending time with family.
