Joanna is known for her work with CEO succession and board effectiveness, and board directors find her integrity and candor to be invaluable for cutting through noise in the boardroom. With a master of science in performance psychology and a PhD in counseling psychology, Joanna brings a compelling blend of insight, empathy, and outcome orientation to her work.
