Before joining RHR, he was a principal at FMG Leading and founder of Bench Strength Advisers, where he built a successful advisory practice focused on executive coaching, assessment, and talent strategy. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Bank of America, Rackspace, and Lennox International, giving him broad experience across industries and organizational contexts.

At RHR, Jonathan helps organizations strengthen leadership pipelines, design effective talent strategies, and navigate critical transitions. Known for connecting leadership decisions to measurable business outcomes, he supports clients in building high-performing teams and achieving long-term impact. Jonathan lives in Denver with his wife, Linda. Together, they enjoy traveling and being outdoors in beautiful places. Their dog, Felix, generously allows them on the furniture at home sometimes.
