Juliet Saxe is a partner in RHR’s San Francisco office. She draws on over 25 years of global consulting experience to drive organizational transformation and deliver measurable impact on performance and culture. By blending business strategy with psychological insight, she specializes in C-suite development, succession planning, team effectiveness, and board governance for complex, global organizations.

Before joining RHR, Juliet held leadership roles in market research and product development at Nielsen Mobile, where she managed strategic accounts for AT&T and T-Mobile while scaling a client services department to $20 million in revenue in a two-year period. In addition to her primary role at RHR, she is a senior advisor at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Juliet holds a PhD from California School of Professional Psychology and is a certified coach.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling the globe, with Botswana and Patagonia as her favorite destinations so far.
