Before joining RHR, Kerry was a leadership strategy consultant at YSC Consulting, now part of Accenture, where she assessed and coached executive leaders, facilitated leadership team workshops, and designed high-potential leadership programs for Fortune 100 organizations. Her work combines psychological insight with practical business perspective to help leaders translate feedback into meaningful growth.
