Kristen Gilson partners with senior leaders, teams, and boards as a trusted thought partner and coach, helping them better understand the impact of their leadership on performance, relationships, and long-term effectiveness.

Grounded in research and analytics, she brings together data and real-world perspectives to help leaders see what is most important for them and their unique context. Her work helps clients translate complex information into clear, practical actions that support growth, resilience, and alignment.

As a long-standing member of RHR’s Objective Testing Center of Excellence, she is known for using data to help leaders better understand their leadership styles, motivations, and impact. She also co-leads RHR’s Forces of Nature team, helping to advance environmentally responsible, future-focused practices across the firm.

Outside of work, Kristen takes advantage of the California sunshine and can be found swimming, hiking, or running with her dog, Kirby.
