Liza Jager is a dynamic, multilingual leadership advisor with over two decades of experience in leadership and organizational development. Having lived and worked with leaders across the world, she brings a uniquely nuanced, global perspective to her practice. She is known for her strategic foresight and personable approach, excelling at deep listening, identifying hidden patterns, and balancing directness and empathy in her delivery.

Liza’s expertise includes C-suite advisory, executive coaching, assessment, and team effectiveness, combining personality science and business insight for impact. Applying this expertise, she partners with senior executives, boards, and teams leading through business turnarounds, mergers, and growth cycles. She draws on proven frameworks to accelerate talent development and team performance and guide critical transitions and successions.

Liza is also a Northwestern University faculty teaching master’s level courses on leadership and executive coaching. Liza earned her master’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University, where she also obtained her organizational leadership coaching training.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, Brazil and has conducted extensive behavioral psychology research at Universidad de Deusto, Spain.

Personally, Liza is a dedicated mother and wife, musician, and tech nerd.
