Matt Betts serves as Head of Product, Data Insights, and Assessment Lead at RHR, working at the intersection of talent strategy, analytics, and innovation.

He leads the firm’s assessment strategy and solution design, advancing the use of data, analytics, and AI to support clearer talent decisions. With more than 15 years of leadership consulting experience, Matt has led employee-experience initiatives and developed HR technology solutions that strengthen assessment and talent management outcomes.

At RHR, he partners with consultants to enhance assessment tools, design custom solutions, and ensure insights are practical and accessible.

Matt holds a PhD and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.

He lives near Atlanta with his wife and two children and enjoys family time and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
