Orla Leonard leads RHR’s business and serves as the firm’s Europe region lead. She believes in the profound impact that effective leaders have on teams, organizations, and society as a whole and brings more than 25 years of experience in helping leaders reach their full potential.

Orla has worked across the globe in both corporate and private equity environments, with a focus on executive selection, coaching, and team effectiveness. During her seven-year tenure as head of Team Effectiveness at RHR, Orla developed innovative models and solutions that set new standards for performance and collaboration.

Outside of work, Orla enjoys the creativity and energy of London life and stays inspired through travel, reading, and time spent outdoors.
