Stacia Familo-Hopek, PhD, is an associate with RHR and a talent-management and organizational-development expert with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations develop leaders, strengthen succession pipelines, and align talent strategies with business goals. She specializes in leadership assessment, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and leadership development, and she partners with organizations to build sustainable talent systems that drive growth and performance. Stacia has held senior talent-management roles at global organizations including First Data (now Fiserv), NCR, and UPS and brings deep expertise in helping leaders navigate organizational change and transformation. She also brings an entrepreneurial perspective as co-founder and owner of a successful brewery in the Atlanta area. Outside of work, she enjoys community involvement and supporting local businesses.
