She specializes in executive assessment and development and helps organizations build sustainable high performance by strengthening leadership effectiveness at the senior level. Stella has advised Fortune 500 companies, Chinese state-owned enterprises, and local firms across Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. Her experience spans leadership assessment, executive development, and talent strategy across multinational and regional organizations. Stella earned her master’s degree and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology in the U.S. and is professionally trained as a bilingual Chinese-English translator and interpreter. She enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking with her family.
