Stephen Hrop is an RHR associate with more than 30 years of experience as an executive coach and leadership consultant. His background includes vice president roles at three Fortune 500 companies, including serving as chief learning officer at Asbury Automotive Group. Steve has worked with organizations ranging from founder-led firms to global enterprises, helping leaders and senior teams enhance their effectiveness through executive coaching, group-based leadership development, executive retreats, and assessment. Steve enjoys competitive tournament chess, cycling, and visiting museums in New York City.
