  • Accelerator offsites: RHR facilitated multiple tailored, in-person offsites centered around the team’s specific commitments, which provided a structured setting for fostering new behaviors and measurable improvements.

The team maintained an action plan to ensure accountability, implement changes, and track progress throughout the program.

Results

Periodic team pulse checks showed meaningful gains in team dynamics and business operations:

  • 34% increase in disciplined approaches to running the business.
