Andre Keil is an RHR associate and executive coach with more than 15 years of experience in leadership consulting. He specializes in helping Fortune 500 leaders navigate complex and rapidly changing business environments to become more effective, resilient leaders. Andre has extensive experience designing and implementing coaching programs and supporting executive development initiatives across global organizations. His background includes leadership roles with the Center for Creative Leadership, where he managed more than 500 executive coaches, as well as early experience in start-up environments. Having lived and worked across the United States, Europe, Russia, and China, Andre brings a broad international perspective to his work. He enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, competitive swimming, and spending time with his family.
