With advanced degrees in counseling and counselor education and more than a decade working with C-suite and senior executives, Brett helps leaders strengthen their capabilities, deepen self-awareness, and grow with authenticity and purpose. His background in fast-paced, high-pressure environments enables him to connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life and guide leaders through complex challenges with clarity and empathy.
