Jeff Tsan leads the execution of growth strategies across the firm’s service portfolio.
He oversees commercialization and go-to-market efforts that help translate RHR’s solutions into clear, client-centered offerings. He brings deep experience in strategic leadership, product strategy, and operations within professional services.
Prior to joining RHR, he was a senior director at WTW where he led commercial strategy for the North American mid-market health and benefits business and drove revenue growth through innovative, client-focused solutions. His earlier roles at WTW spanned client service, operations, talent, and delivery, giving him a broad, systems-level perspective on growth and execution.
Jeff holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
He enjoys time outdoors, reading, staying active, and restoring his century-old, Chicago-area home.
