A former senior HR and talent development executive, Parley is known for his ability to assess leadership potential and guide individuals toward meaningful, measurable growth. Having led global teams from across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas—including a recent four-year assignment leading career development for a two-trillion-dollar enterprise—Parley brings deep cross-cultural fluency to every client engagement.

He is energized by helping leaders at all levels expand their impact and develop into world-class contributors.

He and his wife now reside in the Seattle area, where they enjoy hiking, fitness, travel, and collecting historical art.
