As a senior partner and head of the Private Equity practice at RHR, Steven strengthens leadership impact across the private equity lifecycle, supporting firms and more than 250 portfolio companies both pre- and post-deal. He works closely with CEOs and management teams to scale their businesses through talent, building high-performing executive teams and improving alignment between boards and operators.
