She specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, assessment, organizational health, and people strategy, partnering with C-suite leaders around the world to drive business performance and organizational transformation. Anu has held senior roles such as head of coaching at a large company in the Middle East and vice president of learning and organizational effectiveness for a global corporation in Europe. She is known for her expertise in executive coaching, talent development, and building strong stakeholder relationships across complex global organizations. Outside of work, Anu enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and supporting humanitarian causes through volunteer activities.
