Her leadership in digital finance transformation helps build the financial foundation for continued innovation and impact. Previously, Suza served as CFO of IFF, one of the nation’s largest community-development financial institutions, where she drove 60% net asset growth and secured more than $350 million in debt capital over five years. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs in senior portfolio-management roles across Europe, overseeing multibillion-dollar real estate portfolios and complex balance-sheet investments.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing tennis, skiing, and exploring Chicago parks with her two daughters.
