She combines legal precision with deep operational insight to translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance that drives growth and builds organizational resilience. Krupa brings extensive expertise in commercial contracts, corporate governance, digital transformation, and global compliance across technology, e-commerce, professional services, and regulated industries. Prior to RHR, she held senior executive roles at Commerce Fabric, Adtalem Global Education, Heidrick & Struggles, and Groupon. Krupa earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
