As a senior partner and head of client management at RHR, Kelsey Harper is responsible for the impact, sustainability, growth, and satisfaction of RHR’s clients.
He partners with colleagues across the firm to ensure RHR’s solutions are tailored to remove clients’ strategic barriers and enable their overall success. As a practitioner, he continues to collaborate with clients across a variety of industries and partner with them to build solutions related to their most critical leadership challenges.
His expertise spans solutions related to CEO succession and deeper-bench succession planning; leveraging sport and performance psychology to build executive resilience; developing enterprise-level leadership capabilities at the group and individual levels; selecting, promoting, and onboarding critical talent; and building and leading high-performing teams.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
