John Musolino brings deep experience in strategy, finance, and M&A to his role on the RHR board of directors, which he joined in 2018.

A former senior manager for several public and private equity-backed companies, John has led growth, acquisition, and capital-strategy initiatives for organizations operating in complex, competitive markets. Currently, John is the principal and founder of Avondale Partners, where he advises independent and private equity-backed middle-market companies on strategy, transactions, and value creation across a range of industries.

He is also on the boards of Action for Healthy Kids and Multiplier and previously served on the boards of Aquent and Concert Group. John holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master’s degree in management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
