Lisa Ferdinand brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, including executive coaching, leadership assessment, team development, change management, and creating cultures of belonging.
With advanced training in counseling psychology and a deep understanding of human and organizational behavior, she helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, clarify values, and leverage their strengths to create environments where others can thrive.
As a partner in the East Region at RHR, Lisa works with leaders across finance, energy, manufacturing, quick service restaurants (QSR), technology, insurance, and retail. Known for her ability to balance support with candid feedback and accountability, she enables executives to optimize performance and expand their organizational impact. Lisa is skilled in using evidence-based tools to increase insight, reduce derailers, and build inclusive, high-performing cultures while adapting her approach to the unique needs of diverse leaders.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, painting, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
