Jeff G. Tsan is RHR’s director of commercial solutions, charged with driving the execution of commercial growth strategies. In this role, he oversees commercialization efforts across RHR’s service portfolio, building go-to-market strategies that help deliver RHR’s leading solutions to clients.

Jeff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership, product strategy, and operational excellence within the professional services space. He most recently served as a senior director at WTW in its North American health and benefits consulting practice. There, he spearheaded the development and execution of commercial strategies for the mid-market segment, driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and effective go-to-market strategies that are aimed at solving client problems more effectively. Earlier in his career, Jeff held various leadership positions at WTW, leading client service teams, operations, talent, and client delivery strategies. His background spanning multiple functional and focus areas provides Jeff with a comprehensive and holistic perspective that aids him in driving strategies that extend and expand RHR’s impact.

Jeff earned an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in economics and managerial and organizational behavior. He also holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Northwestern University, with a concentration in learning and organizational change and a minor in economics.

When he’s not working, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors in nature with his family and friends, reading, working out, and constantly tinkering with his more than 100-year-old house in the Chicago area.
