Jessica Foster is responsible for setting the direction and ensuring the smooth execution of all operational and commercial activities of RHR. Her vision for RHR is to explore new methodologies and markets to grow the firm while continuing to build on its 75-plus years of excellence in leadership advisement and development, particularly in complex business environments.

As president of RHR International, Jessica Foster is responsible for setting the direction and ensuring the smooth execution of all operational and commercial activities of the firm.

Before assuming this role, Jessica was a senior partner and head of scaled consulting solutions, RHR’s newest services that empower companies to create compelling and robust leadership pipelines through unbiased, data-driven insights. During her more than 15 years at the firm, she has managed some of RHR’s largest clients, served as a product leader for its core services, worked hands-on as coach to senior executives, and more, giving her deep knowledge of all facets of RHR’s work.

Jessica’s vision for RHR is to explore new methodologies and markets to grow the firm while continuing to build on its 75-plus years of excellence in leadership advisement and development, particularly in complex business environments. To do this, she has assembled a dynamic and thoughtful executive team focused on innovation, quality, and exceptional client service. Jessica consistently practices RHR’s values of care, impact, initiative, and learning and firmly believes in its mission to unlock the potential in all leaders.

Jessica was previously a professor of industrial and organizational psychology at Purdue University. She holds a PhD and a master’s degree in the same field from Rice University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Davidson College.

Outside of work, she finds joy interacting with her teenage children and husband and building community with her creative and eclectic friend group in the Atlanta area. She also enjoys travel, skiing, and cooking vast quantities of food, believing no dinner party is complete without lots of laughter and containers of leftovers for her guests to take home.
