Liz Bernhard

With a direct and empathetic style, clients appreciate the clear and practical coaching Liz provides. She brings considerable intercultural experience and specializes in working with overseas operations, particularly in Latin America. She has served clients in a variety of industries, including private equity, consumer products, manufacturing, energy, media, and mining.

Liz is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada and has permanent residency status in Brazil. She received a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and a master’s degree and PhD in counseling psychology from Northwestern University. She now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, with her husband and three daughters and enjoys the active BC lifestyle, including skiing, cycling, and yoga.
